The Village at Magnolia Square received final plat approval from the City of Central in July, 2009 for the construction of 79 residential lots and 65,000 square feet of retail/commercial area in Phase 1, Part 1  In August, 2009 Parish Water Co. will be installing our water lines and Entergy will be installing our primary electrical grid.  Additionally, our Select Builders will be finalizing their plan selections and beginning their process of obtaining building permits, so that home building can begin by late August or September, 2009.
