The Village at Magnolia Square anticipates obtaining final plat approval from the City-Parish for the construction of 79 lots in Phase 1, Part 1 in the Spring of 2009, with home building expected to begin shortly thereafter.  Home prices will range from $175,000 to over $1,000,000 with homes suitable for all family sizes.
